It was a genuine pleasure working with Raj in 2007 when I trekked to Namche Bazaar, Nepal. My flight into Kathmandu arrived after midnight and he was there to greet me and then settled me into the accommodations. We departed very early the next morning to Lukla and again, Raj was there to get me to the airport and onto our flight without a hitch.
The next 3+ days trekking was fantastic thanks to Raj\'s preparation by knowing which lodges we were staying in, arranging all the meals, fees for Everest and so forth. When I became a bit fatigued at times, Raj willingly carried my pack. The all-important photos with Everest was strategically managed to be early in the morning before cloud cover obscured the summit from view. To this day, this trip will ranks as one of my all-time favorites. Photos from that experience decorate my office & home.
